We will be an investment banking research boutique in the structured finance and risk management. Beyond Financial was founded in 2004 with a full intention to become a pioneer in structured finance and risk management solutions. The firm will deploy its growth plan to be a full-service investment bank that specializes exclusively in the financial and insurance services.

Our firm is aiming to establish industry-leading positions in the areas of investment banking, risk management consulting, security sales and trading, and asset management including re-insurance.

Our headquarter will be relocated to Seoul Korea. It is  currently registered in the states. Prior to establishment of BEYOND FINANCIAL GROUP, Inc., two executives were founders and general partners of International Business Information Consulting (IBIC) located in Philadelphia, PA and had conducted credit risk management consulting and structured finance modeling services to clients. With new visionary inspiration co-founders reorganized the firm toward its full service financial institution by activating its risk management and financial products and solutions business lines.
