We, via ZIUCON & CO., a project management consulting firm in Seoul, Korea, provide project financing solutions to local market clients - specifically in fields of construction, civil engineering, real property, hospital, and media/film industries. ZIUCON will participate an annual $2 billion construction market to provide a full service of project management along with structured financing techniques.

 

ZIUCON & Co. recently expanded its solid relationship to Indonesia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan aligned with our global market view.

ZIUCON is positioned successfully in Eastern European Countries (Kazakhstan and Tajikistan), and Asian Countries (Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Korea). ZIUCON recently engaged in several projects, such as hybrid fuel facility construction and its financing,  internet and tele-communication networks infrastructure establishment in exchange of  lands for hotel development and precious metals, Oil/Gas Field Exploitation Financing.
